But he is First Nations - a Proud Nagga Nagga Man - a precious person who does not have to pay taxes in Victoria because he is so special.
They are protected and because the White man stole his land he is just taking back what is his by birth.

Let's hope there is a magistrate with a touch of common sense for a change. A very rare occurrence for the court to align with the general public's world view.
IMHO Mr. Kerr has successfully removed one vile ratbag from society. Good job. He should be awarded a medal for bravery in fighting back.

Common sense is absent in these times.
Common sense has no power when it comes to Aboriginal Crime as is the case in the Northern Territory.
Example: A police officer goes to arrest a violent man with criminal history and is stabbed by the criminal three times - uses his gun and defends his life by killing that criminal and is then charged for Murder.
